I called Shaun on a public holiday regarding some roof leak issues. Shaun came promptly the following afternoon. He was thorough in his inspection, spotting a few issues others had missed. A detailed report and quote was received the same evening and he got on the order straight away. Shaun was happy to explain and give advice each step of the process. Shaun was friendly and even my neighbours commended his work and personable nature - he even gave some advice to one of them when they asked some questions.
